Delicious restaurant! Ended up going on a Sunday so when we went, it wasn’t too busy. We both got steaks that were cooked perfectly medium, a glass of wine and two desserts. Everything was delicious, great service, and perfect for date night! We’ll definitely be back.

And here I go again! Food is absolutely on point. It’s comfort food, it’s pasta, it’s steak, it’s something for everyone and for something for everyone of all ages. The staff is friendly, the place is cozy and immaculate. The isn’t a bad thing that can be said about it here!

This is my second time here. I tried chicken burger and fries last time and today,I wanted to eat pasta and Eva recommended shrimp pasta. It was so delicious. Service was amazing and I had DeJa Vu drink and it was 10/10. She also gave a warm complementary bread. I would definitely come back! Thank you for great customer service!

Embarking on a gastronomic journey, we kicked off with two appetizers—the mixed olives and prawns in a butter, garlic, and tomato sauce. The olives, thoughtfully pitted and of commendable quality, set the stage for what was to come. However, it was the prawns that stole the spotlight, featuring a delightful grilled/pan-fried crispiness on the outside while maintaining a perfectly cooked, tender interior. A stellar choice to commence your dining adventure. Venturing into the main courses, the salmon with basil pesto pasta emerged as a culinary masterpiece. Skillfully cooked and well-seasoned, the dish left a lasting impression, with the pesto pasta enticing diners to savor each bite. The schnitzel, a true icon, showcased a flawless golden brown exterior, expertly paired with fries—a presentation that garnered appreciation for its execution. Further exploring the menu, the pork medallions, adorned with a green peppercorn gravy, stood out as a palate-pleasing revelation. The addition of pepper elevated the impeccably cooked pork, creating a dish that beckons repeat visits. The pork, boasting a crispy exterior and perfectly cooked interior, proved to be a standout choice. 15 March 2024 update: This restaurant consistently delivers bold flavors and impeccable execution in every dish, particularly excelling in German-centric cuisine. While they consistently meet expectations, they often exceed them with their inspired takes on dishes from other cultures. It's a lively spot suitable for families and small groups, though occasional kitchen delays may occur, the overall experience is highly satisfying. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend both the delectable pork medallions and the overall experience at Hopferei Wirtshaus to anyone seeking a quality meal in the company of family or friends. This restaurant is a welcome addition to the Landstuhl culinary scene, offering a harmonious blend of modernity, flavor, and inviting ambiance.

The food was beautiful and delicious!! The waitress was very attentive and was able to make good meal suggestions. The chef even made a mouthwatering dessert that was lactose free. We are definitely coming back.

The food was excellent – my steak was cooked exactly the way I wanted, juicy and full of flavor. The pasta dish we tried was also fresh and colorful, with a good mix of vegetables and herbs. Everything came out nicely presented, which made it even more enjoyable. The whole place feels friendly and welcoming, and it’s very clean – even the toilets are well taken care of, which I always appreciate. It’s the kind of spot where you feel comfortable staying a bit longer, not just eating and leaving. Definitely a great place if you’re looking for good quality food in a relaxed atmosphere. I’ll be happy to come back.
